- Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been submitted and processed, it CAN NOT be cancelled or changed at any time for any reason. Please wait to receive your merchandise and then follow the return instructions on the bottom of your packing slip. - I want to return my purchase, what do I do?
Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging (e.g., shoebox) and place it in a shipping box. Please include a copy of the packing list and your comments for the return (e.g., too small) in the box. Attach the label to the sealed box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.Back To Top

It may take 5-7 business days for your return to reach our office. Once it is received and inspected (Usually with 48 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original form of payment. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to post on your account.
- I'm a Canadian customer, is there additional customs fees that my order is subject to?
U.S. orders are not subject to any additional fees. Orders shipping to Canada require additional customs fee payments once they arrive. Because customs fees vary by country, city, and location, Macbeth does not know what your specific fees would be. Macbeth is not responsible for any customs fees your shipment could attract. We ship your order via the shipping method you select, to the shipping location you entered when ordering.

- Payment Information
Macbeth.com accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. When placing an order with a credit card, we must be able to verify the billing and shipping addresses with your credit card company. When placing an order via PayPal, you must have a confirmed shipping address. If for any reason we are unsuccessful, your order will be canceled and you will be notified by email.
If you are using a credit card from outside the US, your card must support AVS. If it does not, your order will be cancelled and you will have to re-submit your order using a card that is supported by AVS or use PayPal with a confirmed shipping address.Back To Top
