On a recent drive through the desert I was catching up on the previous week’s Howard Stern show when an interview with Jay Z came on. As usual, the interview was loaded with great questions including his upbringing in the Marcy Projects, his marriage to Beyonce and of course his massive career that includes 40 million plus record sales, which we all know is ginourmous in 2010.
To add to his long list of achievements Jay has recently released a book called Decoded. The project, which is part coffee table book, part autobiography and part Story Tellers, ties major life events to his some of his greatest songs by re-telling the event that inspired these tracks.
And yes... that is a Warhol on the cover of the book. Did you expect any less from HOVA?
