Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders over $100USD. All other orders will be charged shipping of $15USD. 

All orders are delivered using USPS, Speedx, Gofo and SwiftX from warehouse locations in Hong Kong, USA & Singapore. Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.

Delivery services do not run on National or State Public Holidays. Please allow for additional delivery time.

All international orders are dispatched within 48 hours with an average delivery time of 4-8 business days from dispatch. 

Rest of the World orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). There are no additional charges when the product arrives in your country. If you are asked to pay any additional fees, do not and contact info@macbeth.com

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

REFUSED DELIVERY

Please note if an order is refused at delivery, the receiver will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the parcel to us; and this will be deducted from the refund once received back to our warehouse. Costs may vary.  

We require both email & phone number to be added at checkout to avoid any issues for delivery delays & open clear customer communication.  

WAREHOUSE OPERATING HOURS

Our warehouse is closed on Sundays and during public holiday periods.

Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been packed and picked up, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to track its delivery. If you have not received an email with tracking details, it just means we're still packing your order and it's yet to be dispatched from our warehouse.
